Have you caught up with the new In Tray function available in online MYOB AccountRight files? Use this function to save time and rid yourself of those paper copies of documents.
Most suppliers now email PDF copies of their Tax Invoices. Simply upload the document or drag n drop the email and then MYOB can code these invoices for you using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to fill out much of the purchase information for you.
Forward invoices to the In Tray regularly and then when you have time, log into MYOB, open the In Tray, and finish off entering the invoice. This will not only save you time, but also you no longer need to keep a physical copy of the invoice. No more messy paper in the office or filing to be done!!
