You are now able to create suppliers on the go within the invoices app. Makes working on the go so much easier!
Bank Feeds
Auto-payment allocation
In the 2019.4 release was the option to tick a box to have matched transactions be auto-approved within the Bank Feed. There is now the option to auto create a payment against a matched sales invoice or purchase bill based on the bank feed transactions, this means one less step when allocating the transaction, see below on how to turn this function on:
In Tray
Auto forward from Gmail to the In Tray
Previously security requirements stopped the ability to auto forward emails from Gmail to AccountRight’s In Tray, now that you are able to set this up then this will save you time!

System Update
Performance Improvements
There have been some small improvements and changes in the following areas of AccountRight:
- Inventory location issue has now been resolved
- Company file confirmation error has been resolved
- Report crashes will no longer occur
- When viewing PDF attachments, these will now open in you default PDF viewer
